Housing and Residential
Stable, supportive living options designed to help individuals achieve independence.
Creating stability, one home at a time.
Crosspoint Human Services believes that safe, stable housing is the foundation for healing and independence. Our Housing and Residential programs provide supportive living environments that meet each person where they are and help them build toward long-term stability.
From transitional housing to permanent supportive residences, our programs are designed to help individuals and families regain control, develop life skills, and find a true sense of belonging in our community.
Permanent Supportive Housing
Long-term housing with individualized case management for adults with disabilities or chronic homelessness. Our staff help residents maintain stability, access care, and connect with community supports that encourage growth and independence.

Supervised Residential Programs
Safe, structured living environments for adults with mental illness or intellectual and developmental disabilities. Residents receive 24-hour staff support and skill-building opportunities that promote confidence and community connection.

Transitional Homeless Shelter
Short-term housing and supportive services for women and children transitioning out of homelessness. Each family receives assistance with case management, goal setting, and resources that open doors to lasting independence.

Our Commitment
Every person deserves a place to call home. Through compassionate care, practical resources, and community partnerships, Crosspoint helps individuals and families build a foundation for a more stable and independent life.
