Mental Health Crisis Intervention For Adults

Crisis services for adults are available 24/7 and are designed to assess needs of the person experiencing crisis, address the immediate problem and to provide referral and linkage to an appropriate level of care.

Mental Health Assessments

Mental Health Assessments are facilitated in collaboration with person served to compile information pertaining to presenting symptoms, concerns and history of treatment. Assessments are utilized to guide treatment plan development and service recommendations.

Care Coordination

Care Coordination integrates behavioral treatment with physical medicine, employment, housing, budgeting, social interaction and leisure time planning.

Treatment Planning and Review

Treatment Planning and Review is a collaborative process between clinician and person served which identifies goals, objectives and interventions that will facilitate desired therapeutic growth toward those goals.

Mental Health Therapy/Counseling

Therapy is provided by Masters level/Licensed clinicians who facilitate therapeutic interventions and exploration to assist persons served in achieving personal goals.

Intense Behavioral Support Services (IBSS)

IBSS is an outpatient service combining care coordination and therapy utilizing Functional Behavioral Analysis to reduce problematic behaviors in high risk youth and adolescents. Services are provided in home, community and school settings.

Mental Health Crisis Intervention For Children Screening Assessment and Support Services (SASS)

Crisis services for children are available 24/7 and are designed to assess needs of the child experiencing crisis, address the immediate problem and to provide referral and linkage to an appropriate level of care.

Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP)

WRAP is a person centered evidenced based practice which allows a person to identify the tools that make them well and how to implement these tools to promote ongoing wellness.

PsychoSocial Rehabilitation (PSR)

PSR is a day program conducted in a group setting. Courses offered promote increased independence, daily living skill development, improved interpersonal functioning and symptom management.

Employment – Individual Placement and Support (IPS)

Individual Placement and Support is an evidenced based practice designed to help persons served secure and maintain employment as a part of their mental health recovery and treatment.

Mental Health Court

Crosspoint is a participant on the Vermilion County Mental Health Court Team.  Mental Health Court is an innovative program designed to provide non-violent defendants who have a mental illness with successful mental health treatment as an alternative to incarceration.
