Property Management

Crosspoint Human Services takes great pride in our track record of securing and maintaining the facilities that meet the needs of the people we serve and the professionals who serve them.

We view our locations in two broad categories: primary service centers and affordable housing.

Primary Service Locations

210 Avenue C

This is the primary location where the people we serve come for education, case management, psychiatric, recovery and disability services.

309 Logan Avenue

Our Logan Avenue offices are Crosspoint’s administrative offices and contain some program management staff.

Crosspoint Human Services at the Y

This grand building in the heart of Danville was built as a YWCA. Over the past decade, several programs serving women and children have been located here including those that help homeless women and their kids get back on their feet, services for victims of domestic violence and early childhood education. Additionally, the athletic, aquatic and weight-training facilities remain open to public membership at affordable rates.

Affordable Housing

Our vision statement reads:

Crosspoint believes that all people should have every opportunity to realize their highest possible level for a productive and healthy life in their community.

A productive and healthy life for the disabled, people in recovery or their families doesn’t just happen within the four walls of a Crosspoint office. An affordable, safe, clean and comfortable place to call home is important for people and families. At Crosspoint we take great pride in being a major affordable housing provider and advocate in Danville and Vermillion County, Illinois. Our properties meet or exceed state and national standards and in many places, like the New Holland Apartments in downtown Danville, residents are provided the organizational means to take an active part in their neighborhood. Affordable housing done right can make a huge difference in the lives of people.
